All products at Rootkin are shipped directly from our brand partners. This allows us to bring you a carefully curated selection of premium products while ensuring they reach you straight from the source.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched by our brand partners within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes vary by brand partner and shipping carrier. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. We are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates, as transit times depend on your location and the carrier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. We are working to expand our shipping destinations — stay tuned!

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or circumstances outside our or our brand partners' control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@rootkin.co and we'll do our best to help.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at support@rootkin.co. We'll work with our brand partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
